Richmond Rental Company is pleased to offer a clean spacious 35 foot fifth wheel toy hauler camper for rent. Use for special events, gatherings, backyard weddings & more. This 5th wheel will be full service set up to you just like our bathrooms. We bring it to you, set it up, have it all clean & ready to move into for your special event day. You will have to supply your own bed linen & towels. The camper does come stocked with h& towels, paper towel, toilet paper, & miscellaneous kitchen supplies such as silverware, foil, pots pans & more. Bottled water & cups, plates & other amenities are supplied as well.
In regards to weddings we found that when renting the restrooms to our customers the event sometimes poses space issues for family & friends to stay if from out of town. What better than to have them camp in your property & not have to worry about a hotel or drinking & driving. We have also partnered our 5th wheel camper as a Bridal suite or Groom hang out pre- wedding before the big I do’s with our restroom rentals. Think about it. What a better place for the crew to hang out in the AC, have a couch & Tv, Fridge, snacks a place to stay warm or cool & hang out while everyone gets ready. The opposing bridal party can be out of the way & give the other space to get ready. The toy hauler garage area does have a screened in porch for nice days & ample space to put folding chairs & relax. We have even seen this space used where the brides get ready, the makeup artist & the ladies get prepped & ready in a closed, comfortable air conditioned space! The toy hauler area is essentially an open space almost 12 feet by 8 feet offering 80 square feet with a open floor plan to set up what you need.
If the hang out is not needed & you just need a space for guests to sleep, this camper sleeps two in the front queen bed, there are two more queen beds in the rear of the camper offering space for 6 comfortably. If more space is needed the table & couch each extend out for room to add two more for a total of 8 to sleep! How about that!!!

Water & Electric must be supplied. Camper is a 30amp service. 100 Gallons of fresh water for sites with no hook up. Generator available at an additional cost.
